How do I know if my credit is good enough?
There is not just one item that lenders look for, there are a few things they look into. They look at credit scores, and with a credit score of 620 or more you might qualify for 100% financing loans in Utah. They look at your credit history, income, tax returns, time on the job, and more. It is so much easier to talk directly with a good lender then to do the guess work. My lender(s) can tell you if you can or can't qualify and if by chance you can't, they will tell you exactly what you need to do and a possible time frame.

I am compensated as any other Broker and paid through the proceeds of the sale by the seller. Customarily, fees for real estate brokerage have been “built in” to the purchase price of the property. This means that a typical purchase will result in no additional out-of-pocket fees for you! Technically when purchasing a property you are paying to have representation or not to have representation.
